What does it look like?
daily checklist
everyday you will receive a daily checklist of tasks to complete. This will vary day to day, and workouts will include but not be limited to: cardio, Hiit, bodyweight strength training, mobility, stretching, and more!
if you choose to track habits or nutrition, this will also be displayed daily on your dashboard
workouts +
on demand
daily movement goals and workouts will sit right on your daily checklist dashboard. all you have to do is grab some water, a mat, maybe a towel, and press start!
Or maybe your week has been hectic and plans haven’t worked out as planned, or maybe you’re feeling a little tight in the hips; so you can check out the many preloaded on-demand workouts whenever you need them!
