i was diagnosed with ehlers-danlos syndrome.
i had never even heard of eds! it doesn’t solve EVERYTHING, but with this diagnosis and care plan, i know so much more about my body today than i did just two years ago.
while i still struggle here and there and am constantly uncovering new things, i am able to move my body without pain in ways i never thought i’d be able to again.
after spending a decade as an athlete, i never thought i’d be someone that struggled daily with chronic illness, but here i am. With all of my own personal experience with pain, needing different types of pt, and other modifications for my daily life, i am excited to be offering adaptive training for others.
