meet Cassidy

Hi there! My name is Cassidy and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I am also a certified cycling instructor and WAS THE LEAD INSTRUCTOR AT CYCLEBAR FROM 2020 TO 2025. I have been a fitness professional since 2017, but have been an athlete since childhood (I was a shooting guard🏀). 

While I am originally from NY, I moved down to Charlotte in 2020 where my husband, our dog and two cats currently live on about 2 acres. I began my own health and wellness journey in 2016, and have since felt both empowered and called to help others on their own journeys. I enjoy bringing my athletic background and experience into my training sessions to keep clients engaged and moving in functional ways.

I have experience in working with all populations but am currently focused on female fitness, mobility, weight loss, strength training, conditioning, leveling up existing exercise/wellness programs, and modifying for injuries. I ALSO OFFER ADAPTIVE TRAINING FOR THOSE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESSES (LIKE ME!) AND OTHER NEEDS.

I believe in wholistic wellness and enjoy training my clients in and outside of the gym by helping you create healthy, sustainable habits and small changes that add up to a healthier and better you through in person and virtual training programming.
